SuccessOS is a command centre for running the ElevenLabs Customer Success motion across strategic enterprise accounts — Agents, Creative (TTS/Dubbing) and the API. It turns the 30/60/90 from a slide into a daily operating rhythm: first build, first production use, scale, renewal, expansion.
The Success Motion
ElevenLabs customers don't just buy a voice — they ship voice into production. The motion that gets them there has four beats:
- First build — a working agent or voice in the first 14 days, often paired with an FDE.

What the app does
Manages a book of strategic accounts across Agents, Creative and the API. Tracks the 30/60/90 from first build to first production use, then renewals and multi-product depth. Surfaces Voice of Customer weighted by ARR so the loudest customer doesn't drown out the largest one. Guides the CSM through past activity and future touchpoints on a single timeline, with a next-best-action panel that turns signals into plays.

Voice is the ElevenLabs product, so the tool talks back to you and helps you think:
AI CSM Copilot — streaming chat over your portfolio with tools to summarise an account, draft the next best action, or generate a QBR outline.
Voice briefing — a 30-second daily briefing rendered by ElevenLabs TTS in DE/FR/EN. Listen on the train.
Echo — a live ElevenLabs Conversational AI agent that can open accounts, pull renewal details and dictate a draft renewal email in German or French.
